The Challenge
The main challenge was to communicate an educational philosophy that is experiential and student-centred, rather than just informational. The platform needed to explain what Learner Agency means, demonstrate its impact in real classrooms, and make it engaging and inspiring for students, teachers, and parents alike—without overwhelming visitors with technical educational jargon.
How We Tackled It
– Conveying Abstract Educational Philosophy: Learner agency is a modern, less-traditional concept, so the site needed clear messaging that was easy to understand for all stakeholders.
– Showcasing Distributed Content: Content from multiple regions and events had to be organized so it felt cohesive and navigable.
– Engaging Diverse Audiences: Students, parents, and educators each have different needs, so the platform needed to serve multiple audience types without confusion.
– Highlighting Real Stories: Turning project outcomes and conference highlights into engaging visual stories helped bring the learner agency concept to life online.
